Absolutely beautiful place! So clean, relaxing, love the view of the ocean and sunset. You can see the popular rock formation from your room or the pool area. The pool was super clean and so nice to swim in! Love the pool area a lot! Lots of room to hang around comfortably outside on Lounge chairs or inside rooms near the pool with large glass doors! Super friendly staff as well, this was one of my favorite places I ever stayed! 100% recommended!

Overall place was very nice beautiful views . Parking lot was very dirty garbage all over the place .

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is amazing and the houseboat itself was spotless, comfortable and really well equipped. We especially loved the rooftop deck — such a lovely place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The staff genuinely couldn’t have been more helpful. Communication was excellent throughout and everyone we dealt with was so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delivered fresh every morning and could be tailored to exactly what you wanted, which was such a lovely touch. Everything about the stay felt really well thought out, from the amenities on board to the fantastic service. Such a unique way to stay in São Miguel and one of the highlights of our trip. We would absolutely recommend it and would happily stay again!

The hotel is outdated, There was no kettle and complimentary water, terrible towels. About food - breakfast was good but the dinner awful, drinks owerpriced. But the location is nice and the garden beautiful

Beautiful experience, felt like a spa from the moment we arrived. Relaxed atmosphere surrounded by nature. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Thermal pool amenities are perfect to relax after a day’s activities. Restaurant feels like you’re in a garden, and lots of healthy options. Comfortable rooms and quiet at night. Definitely worth exploring this part of the island. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back one day!

We had a great stay at Azores Inn and Family Suites! We were travelling with our five-month-old and were really impressed with how easy and convenient everything was. The staff were very responsive, check-in/check-out was super simple with coded access, and they provided a crib and baby bath, which was a huge help. The room was clean, fresh and comfortable, with great AC and a good shower with plenty of hot water and water pressure. The shared kitchen was also one of the best we’ve seen — really well equipped with lots of stovetops, microwaves and dishwashers, so multiple families could cook at once. The location was excellent — very central and easy to walk everywhere. Overall, we had a really positive experience and would absolutely stay here again. 10/10 recommend!

This property was spotless, centrally located, and the staff really kept a distance to make it feel as if it was your home. The breakfast spread was fresh, delicious, and local. I highly recommend!
