The only blanket in the room had a sour smell- so much so that we could not use it.

Lovely hotel in old part of city near cathedral. Extremely helpful and friendly staff , great breakfast and small plunge pool which was much appreciated after a day walking around. Would recommend.

I had a great stay at BYPILLOW Sinfonía. The staff is very nice, courteous and helpful. The location is great if you wanna enjoy a residential neighborhood while being close to public transit, stores, food places, bars, etc.

it seems that they forget to put clean towel after taking the used ones.

Perfect location and lovely staff, as some reviews mentioned some works would be needed to freshen up the property. AC didn ’t work so we were offered a new room
