Good location. Historic building. Parking limited and sometimes difficult. Noise from either heating/aircon/ or bathroom extractor fans coming from other rooms. Also noise from street - Friday bin collection at 5.40am. Positioning of the smoke detector with bright green flashing light above the bed and poorly fitting doors allowing corridor light into room disturbed sleep. Breakfast was interesting, not conventional dining but eating from seating in bar/lounge/lobby and holding dishes in lap. Tea bags a problem, even after 5 mins in hot water , tea was very weak. If you want something a bit quirky this may fit the bill, but not for everyone. Some guests were clearly unhappy about the breakfast arrangements. The corridor space did not appear to be properly cleaned and a vacuum cleaner was left on the landing.

Wonderful place to stay! Lobby and continental breakfast was awesome. Room was so full of light with the floor to ceiling windows. Beds super comfy. Bathroom was stunning with rain shower and tons of space. Staff were fabulously helpful! We ate twice at the Fin Folks restaurant. Lobster roll was amazing. Would love to come back someday!

Wonderful stay in a perfect location. Great private parking, easy walk to restaurants, stores and historic sites. Staff were accommodating, answering all questions and helpful getting us settled in. Would recommend to anyone wanting a convenient, lovely spot to stay in Charlottetown!

Total absence of security mesures in the bath. No security bar, no anti slip bath carpet. I am not really overweight. I am tall and large. I took a bath and had lots of difficulties getting out of the tub. While trying to extricate myself I slipped twice. The room was very poorly soundproofed. You could hear both neighbours talking on the phone or hear the television sound. If we were to go back there we would most certainly not book there again. On the positive side the dining room offers a good service and meal quality.we used it twice. And the hotel is well located

Great hotel, great location. The staff was helpful with dining recommendations. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, etc. would definitely come back.
