Clean room staff very helpful close proximity to all gran via plaza del sol restaurants churches sights to see taxi's are everywhere will stay again

We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. From the quick check-in to the efficient check-out, we found the staff polite and professional. Our room was cleaned daily and very well. They resupplied amenities every day. Our room overlooked the Gran Via, which we enjoyed. We enjoyed the roof top bar lounge with free coffee; staff there were friendly. I am giving this hotel a 5 star review because we would definitely return. Some suggestions that did not affect the rating: it would be nice to have usb port outlets in the room to charge our phones. I was not offered an upgrade or free breakfast, but I can overlook that. A clock or clock radio would have been nice. A hot water kettle or coffeemaker would have been nice. Overall, a great experience and convenient location in Madrid!

Great new hotel. Lots of interesting programming, impeccably decorated. Enjoyed the rooftop bar and lobby bar. Would certainly return.

Location for the property was Excellent a block away from Puerta del Sol, accross the street from 4 Seasons Hotel, breakfast was fantastic, service excellent, extremelly clean, A/C good
