Excelente hotel. Super recomendado.

Durante toda la estancia tuvimos un ruido procedente del hotel que no dejaba descansar como se espera.

Lovely location, but inconsistent service. I booked a room, and then my friends booked a room. We were put on the 1st floor, they were on the 7th. They had a balcony, we did not. We had water bottles-they did not, they were given wine and sunglasses for the eclipse, we were not. The bathrooms need attention. I get it’s near the beach, and mold is a problem-but the bathrooms should have been cleaner. The hotel was very expensive for not having breakfast included. I would not stay here again.

This is a very nice place; only complaint: no windows in our bedroom, just skylights...

Fantastic spa and breakfast

Really good and clean hotel, although our room had a big gap in the roof where someone can peek through the air conditioners, which was a bit scary. Staff are helpful and friendly, would be going back there but perhaps not staying in that same room.
