Great location for what we needed. Lovely friendly staff, nice little roof top sun deck and pool. Rooms a little dark but clean and plenty of cupboard space. We will be back

I had a great stay at BYPILLOW Sinfonía. The staff is very nice, courteous and helpful. The location is great if you wanna enjoy a residential neighborhood while being close to public transit, stores, food places, bars, etc.

The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and professional, and the room was absolutely impeccable. The location was excellent, just minutes away from the cathedral and several other beautiful attractions. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel.
