Fantastic hotel - pool area was quite small but rooms and other amenities were great!

We had an amazing stay here. Our room was perfect with all the amenities and comforts we needed. We had breakfast on our terrace our first morning and it was incredible! We enjoyed a meal on the restaurant as well. It is conveniently located near the beach areas and many restaurant options. It is in a very quiet part of Valencia which was nice.

Property was in a fabulous location. Staff extremely helpful and attentive. Our room was massive but was let down by lack of view from balcony and the smell of smoke in the room. Sadly the hotel has little control of ignorant guests smoking in non-smoking rooms!!!!

Our stay at Las Arenas Balneario Resort was nothing short of spectacular! The property itself is breathtaking, beautifully blending historic elegance with luxury amenities right on the beachfront. The staff were incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout our entire visit, making us feel truly pampered. The rooms were absolutely immaculate, clean, and elegantly designed, offering a perfect oasis of comfort. We thoroughly enjoyed starting our mornings with the exceptional breakfast buffet, which featured an amazing variety of fresh and delicious options. Spending time by the stunning pools and relaxing in the world-class spa facilities was the perfect way to unwind. It was an unforgettable experience, and we would love to return!

Thoroughly recommend this hotel. It is very centrally located and within walking distance of Colon Metro station. The hotel itself is lovely. Good facilities, comfortable rooms and dining area. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We had an early check-in given to us and lots of advice about how to get the most out of our visit.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in by far. The customer service was out of this world. Every single member of staff encountered were exemplary. So friendly and helpful and they could not do more for us. From arrival where Veronika gave detailed information about locations to go, recommendations for beach area, best restaurants to just being such a lovely person. Can’t rate her highly enough. The booking in process was smooth as expected, the room was amazing and had everything and more that would want. The whole hotel was impeccably clean and fresh looking. The breakfast was nothing more than sensational, with an amazing coffee bar with coffee made to order. Egg style station with fresh omelets and egg Benedict made to order. Great selection with everything you could wish for. The location was brilliant with main places easily walking distance. Rodrigo went out of his way to secure us a seat in the hotel room for the football, and was super friendly and nice. Jose Enrique was everything I was expecting after reading previous reviews. He made stay very special with lots of little touches including sending up cake and champagne for birthday and rose for my partner in the morning. Exceptional man. I cannot rate this hotel and its staff highly enough. I’ve been all over the world, and this hotel for look, location, customer service and food is probably made it rank number 1. If you get the opportunity you have to stay at this place. And great value!!!
