I think this stay would have been better at a different time of year, maybe. There was a heatwave at this time, but I did not have any issues with air conditioning at other hotels during my trip - the room was routinely hot to the point where I could not sleep, could not have any sheets or blankets, and I would be sweating while doing nothing. Additionally, when checking in, the front desk staff did not mention the ongoing construction starting early in the day just one floor above, which made sleep nearly impossible past 8:00am. The room also did not have a refrigerator, which made keeping leftovers impossible, nor could I keep drinks cold. The sink in the bathroom needs fixed as you can only allow a small amount of water at a time, too much water pressure resulted in the faucet spraying all over the bathroom/me. The night I checked in, I was told I could dial the restaurant for room service. I wasn’t feeling well and wanted to do so instead of going out for food, the phone would not dial the room service number or the front desk. When I went to the front desk to inquire, I was told the restaurant was closed, which was confusing as to why it was suggested at check-in. This may be on me, but I did not see the reviews before booking that state there are stairs you must climb to reach the elevators, which made entering and leaving difficult with a large suitcase. I would suggest the hotel if you are traveling light only.

Our stay was great! I have 2 teens and it was so convenient for each to have a bathroom! Upon arrival one of them was greeted with balloons, birthday message, and candy! That was a surprise for him and also myself. It was not planned!!! It was easy to reach out to them with any questions I had. It was easy to checkin. They had multiple ACs through out the apartment which can be controlled separately. We stayed at the 2 bedroom- family apartment. The amount of space for my family was bigger than expected. Very convenient! There are groceries and restaurants just a couple footsteps away. The location was excellent. It was quiet during the middle of the night. Was able to sleep without being awaken by noise. The bed and bedding are very nice and good quality. They provide both hairdryer AND hair straightener. The attention to detail was great. The kitchen had everything you can think of (ie fruit peeler). We will definitely come back and will also check out their other locations in the future!

Beautiful hotel tucked into the shops on Gran Via. Great location and fantastic staff. We enjoyed every minute! Highly recommend!

This was a beautiful place to stay in a super great location. However, the workers were not as kind and I would have hoped. There were times where they were truthfully rude to us:(

We were given an accessible room hough i hadnt booked ine. The bathroom was a wet room with a seat in the shower so the floor was soaked. Also nowhere to hang towels. Literally not even a peg! The pool is not a swimming pool, it's about 3 meters by 4 meters.

The rooms are beautiful. However, the check in process didn’t give “vacation vibes”. You’re definitely checking into an apartment so no special experience upon check in, but the property itself is lovely & most places I wanted to go were 15 mins or less on an uber ride away.
