The only downfall for us was the price of parking. The hotel was clean, spacious, a delicious breakfast included with a lot of choices, and was close to everything we needed. The only let down for us like I said was the price of parking at $14 a day, adds up quickly when you’re there for a few nights.

The staff were extremely calm, friendly and knowledgeable and apologetic. They were very helpful with directions around the city. Breakfast was amazing. Although it would have been nice to have some hash browns and maybe some muffins or sweetbread like other Best Westerns offer. I was very happy with their French toast as that is something that others don't offer. I feel whomever is managing this Best Western is doing a poor job of guiding their staff. I would expect that their would be at least a couple of fresh towels in the pool area and maybe to switch their T.V. network to someone other than Rogers. After a long day of travel you would expect to be able to unwind with some T.V. or you would think BW would offer something like a discount considering this service was interrupted. Overall ,my stay here was very nice being close to the city ,yet far enough away for tranquility. Again, the staff were very friendly and empathetic.

Room was clean. Pictures of hotel, slightly misleading as the lobby, halls and common areas are not very clean and very dated like in the 1970s. Tv was difficult to get working and had to have staff come to the room to set it up. Not enough toilet paper. Had to go to the front desk to keep getting a new roll of toilet paper multiple times.

Room was clean. Pool area was not what was represented in the photos. Hot tub was blocked off. The pool had not been opened yet for the day upon arrival so had to ask more then one staff for assistance only to be laughed at and suggested that I was doing something wrong when attempting to open the door.
