The hotel’s location is fantastic—easily walkable to local dining, shopping, and the waterfront. While the room itself was comfortable and nice, the bathroom was on the smaller side. My main drawback was the sound insulation; the walls and floors are quite thin, so noise travels easily from neighboring rooms as well as above and below. Thankfully, the hotel strictly enforces an 8:00 PM quiet time policy, which made a huge difference and ensured a peaceful night’s sleep despite the thin walls.

Conveniently located near great food and waterfront. Parking was convenient and plentiful. Staff were helpful. Concerns included the distance between room and pool for the kids, required an underground tunnel or crossing a busy street to access. I specifically booked the hotel because of the convenience of breakfast which was provided in the form of packaged muffins and granola bars which were way too sweet. We also dealt with ants in our room.

L’accès à la piscine du centre sportif est un gros plus de cet hôtel (glissade, sauna, etc.). Les chambres sont propres, les déjeuners inclus sont très bons et le personnel est serviable. L’hôtel est bien positionné pour visiter l’ÎPE!

Beautiful property. Excellent size and location, clean and everything supplied... Would have liked an earlier check in and a later check out...the typical 3pm check in and 11am check out would have worked better than 4pm and 10 am... will definitely return😊

The beds were comfortable, and that’s about it. Not enough towels, space is too small for the advertised number, shower didn’t drain. The place is in dire need of a rehaul. Can’t beat the location though.
