The hotel is very well located, with friendly and helpful staff. It felt safe, quiet, and clean, which made the stay comfortable. I would definitely consider staying here again if I visit Amsterdam in the future.

Location was excellent, close to all the local attractions and just great for walking around the city. We had a loft too Which was really nice. Only negative was the breakfast, was very small offering and was never topped up.

The history and elegance of the property was to notch.

You don't even deserve one star. A hotel that profits from others' misfortune to enrich itself—it's shameful...

The rooms and property were clean and the staff were helpful. The rooms were hot (we were also there during a record heat wave), but for a 5 star hotel at the price point of this one I didn’t expect to be uncomfortable in my room irrespective of the outside conditions.
