Well apart from staff letting themselves into my room without any reason in the middle of the night while I was fast asleep, I had no problems at all. Do not stay at this hotel.

Rooms quite dated and no air-conditioning. Very basic and overpriced

Glad to have air conditioning, as we stayed during the heat wave. The lobby was not very clean or very nice, a little tiny hallway- which raised concerns when checking in. However the staff was kind, and the room updated and cleaned. The bathroom was exceedingly small. Hit my elbow every time reaching for toilet paper. The lotion was greasy for me. Would be nice to also have hair conditioner. The bed was comfortable. Access from tram was easy. Convenient to museums. Definitely use the lift. The stairs were super steep.

Uitstekend hotel tussen Amsterdam en Haarlem gelegen. Rustige ligging. Ruime kamers met uitzicht op golfbaan. Tijdens ons bezoek was men nog bezig met afwerking van het hotel rondom. Ons bezoek was in het weekend, dus geen overlast gehad,
