Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Seul bémol, les chambres manquaient d’insonorisation. Aussi, nous avons demandé de changer le drap dans le lit de bébé de mon garçon car il l’avait sali et ça ne semble pas avoir été fait. Autrement, nous avons eu un bon service et apprécié l’hôtel.

No air-conditioning in rooms bit disappointing especially in summer

The hotel was located in the ideal location for our cruise out of Amsterdam. It was literally next to the passenger terminal. It also was convenient for local Amsterdam attractions. The staff was lovely and attentive. The bar was great for a light bite and breakfast was plentiful with options for everyone.

Every staff member as well as management went beyond their duties . Friendliness and helpful every step of the way from start to finish ! Unbelievable service and beautiful location Highly recommend.

Really sweet and helpful staff, but this is an old building so no elevators and if you're on anything higher than the second floor you will be humping your bag up very narrow, steep and curved stairs. The room was cozy, what you would expect from an older European hotel. I would stay there again because it's very central to a lot of the historic area, which was convenient.
