Alpharetta Vacation Packages

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to be able to make meals there if we wanted to. Check in was super easy and straight forward despite being a self-check in system. It exceeded expectations and made my vacation one that I will never forget. Also the communication with the team was excellent, any time I had an issue it was easily resolved.

Everything was nice, and well what was said on the app

This is the perfect hotel for guest needing to be close to the hospital (or Emory college) we could walk to the hospital and take naps while doing the rounds of being there for our loved one. There are some great restaurants within walking distance and a CVS. No need for a rental car or Ubers. The front desk receptionist was so unbelievably helpful. She even helped me with the bags since we needed to stay at the hospital most of the time. The coffee in the lobby was actually delicious and the chairs and tables outside gave us a nice place to sit and get fresh air every now and then. The room was extremely spacious. The ice machine was getting repaired on our visit but it was fine, since we had a mini fridge. Even though we were there for a tragic event, the staff and hotel made us feel very much at home. Thank you!

I recently stayed at Foxhall Resort for a wedding celebration and was incredibly disappointed by the disorganization, poor service, and apparent lack of experience among the staff. The frustrations began at check-in, when I advised that our reservation was fully prepaid through Expedia, only to receive the dismissive response, "We will see if it is fully paid." I was then required to produce payment receipts because their system apparently "wasn't integrated" with Expedia. Unfortunately, this set the tone for the entire stay. While the rooms are aesthetically pleasing, they lack basic comforts. Our coffee machine didn't work, housekeeping was nonexistent, and even a request for fresh towels couldn't be accommodated. The bedsheets were also so poorly fitted that I had to readjust the mattress and bottom sheets nightly. Dining options were incredibly limited, and guests who booked through external platforms like Expedia were inexplicably prohibited from charging purchases to their rooms. Throughout the stay, staff appeared inexperienced, communication was inconsistent, and the coordination team seemed entirely unprepared to manage a wedding celebration. What should have been an enjoyable weekend became one frustrating experience after another. A beautiful property means very little when the service and hospitality fall so far below expectations. I can genuinely say I've never looked forward to a 4:00 a.m. flight departure more in my life.

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff and great location.

Nice location, excellent staff & nice service.
