We chose the hotel for proximity to the MECC. Great location, parking isn't included in the price. The lobby was very pleasant and had plenty of seating. The rooms are very dated and need a makeover. Lovely welcome upon arrival, with plenty of parking near our room. Clean and spacious room, very well looked after during our stay. Breakfast had a great variety of options with ample seating areas, staff always busy clearing used plates, cutlery etc but willing to have a quick chat .
