The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous from check in to mid trip unexpected requests and finally check out. The professionalism and courtesy was impressive. That at the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was also very well served with several options. Highly recommend this place and would return.

Room was cleaned. Entrance door locked us out, trying to open it proved difficult and the assistance of a strong shoulder. Breakfast eggs were terrible and worse the service. Either they are short handed or don’t care. Same applies for the bar and service. When my adult sons with his wife joined us nobody asked what they would like to drink or eat. Made a claim to the manager he wanted to dismiss it by only charging us for the coffee. Definitely will not use this hotel even if they paid me.

The hotel was under renovation when we visited. It was very much overpriced for what it was. Breakfast was nice with a good range of options.

This was an amazing place, incredible views and super friendly staff. My wishlist for making it better would only be air conditioning, maybe more loungers at pool. You need to be aware of how long it can take you to get down to como but it’s an amazing place.
