This hotel said the room would sleep a family of five which was only true with the addition of a roll-away bed.

This was just an OK hotel. Room smelled like cigarettes, was dingy, and had suspicious people staying there. I wouldn't have given a rating at all and just known not to book here again BUT they refuse to refund my REFUNDABLE deposit. When I called to ask why they said it's because drugs were used in the room which simply is not true. I've now had to talk to my bank about the charge because they're wrongfully charging me. This is a hotel in a small city that probably doesn't get much business so they're struggling so bad that they charge visitors the deposit no matter how you leave the room (the room was left clean with all trash bagged and in one corner, all linens piled, and only respect was shown to this property from us. But what did we get in return? We got wrongfully charged. Don't stay here unless you want to pay extra and have to dispute with your bank. Not to mention this hotel is already expensive considering it's in a small town with nothing to do. I guess their pricing is what is keeping them afloat. Sad. Don't stay here.

This is the second time I've stayed here for a game weekend. I paid $200/night each time. And both times, the shower wouldn't drain, forcing me to request a new room. This time, doing so made me late to an event. Also, this time, the first room (with a clogged shower drain) was infested with stink bugs. I will not be staying here again!

The staff I interacted with were very friendly. My concern was the dozens of roaches I killed over 2 days. I slept with the lights on and bed pulled out from the wall to prevent them crawling into the bed with me at night. For the price per night, I expected better.

Room 124 smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. After one night in our 2 night stay we just left. Looked like the smoke detector had been tampered with. Haven’t seen only standard definition cable channels in a long time. Baby roach in the bathroom. Kind of creepy to see lights behind your exhaust fan in the bathroom that when you looked through the fan, you could see a corridor with the pipes. Concerning that somebody could be back there or easily set up cameras. All in all an unpleasant experience. Front desk people were very nice. The lobby smelled like smoke too a little bit. Sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. I would say fine for a $50 a night room. Pretty expensive on parents weekend and would recommend something else entirely.

Upon arrival was told it was pet friendly nothing about how many animals u can have i had 2 dogs in the hotel they were nasty rude unprofessional about everything people said i had 4 dogs they said i beat my animals so 2 days later me and my kids left wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone not even a crackhead
