The staff was very courteous and friendly. However, the room we were assigned on the first night was quite a shock. The shower was located in the bedroom with only a single glass wall for separation. There was no sofa and only one chair in the room, as well as just one small bath towel provided. Overall, the room felt more like a closet than a proper hotel room. Given the price we paid, we expected a much more decent accommodation. The following day, I requested a different room, which we received that evening. This room was significantly better and met our expectations. That said, I believe a discount should have been offered for the first night, which unfortunately did not happen. Overall, the hotel is very clean and modern.

Exceptional design!

We had a wonderful stay - the hotel is in a quiet location but only a few minutes walk from lots of shops, restaurants and cafes. The hotel itself has friendly, helpful staff and a lovely courtyard garden for coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. Rooms have everything you need and a comfortable bed. Would return and highly recommend to others!

The room was large and very nice with great amenities. We also really enjoyed going to the private and shaded garden with a glass of wine to relax in peace and quiet.

Absolutely fantastic breakfast. We stayed in the Mansion suite and it was spacious, great air conditioning, beautiful, and clean. All of the staff working at the front desk where I would standing. Being able to book a time and there Spa in the basement each day was also a bonus since it was included. Absolutely fantastic location to stay in Bruges.

The hotel itself was pleasant, comfortable, and welcoming, and we appreciated the overall quality of the experience. Unfortunately, the night was seriously disrupted by a group of guests who were having drinks on the terrace directly beneath our room. These drinks were being served by the hotel bar, and the conversation continued loudly well into the night. The noise only stopped after I called the reception at 4:40 a.m., meaning we had to endure more than two hours of loud chatter. It is extremely disappointing that such a situation was allowed to happen. Allowing guests to gather and socialize noisily under occupied rooms in the middle of the night is simply unacceptable for a hotel of your standing. I hope you will take this feedback into account to ensure future guests do not experience the same inconvenience.
