The hotel is perfectly located, beautiful ample room, clean and friendly staff.

All the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The property is within walking distance to many of the sights but is situated in a lovely peaceful spot. It was very clean and had great air conditioning and a lovely little pool to cool off in. Seville is beautiful and we will definitely be back at some point and I would definitely stay here again.

All good, the receptionist was very polite and helpful. On the day we arrived she let us check in earlier which was very nice because our flight was late in the night. Definitely we will come again and recommend to our friends

Fantastic location, amazingly polite, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was also fantastic with domestic, traditional and international allergy aware options. The rooftop swimming pool is a bit small but clean with a bar and again fantastic bar service. Would definitely come back again.

The room was clean, nice central location and small supermarkets nearby. The pool was great but a little small especially when 10 people are wanting to go in at 39 degrees. Would stay here again if I came back to Seville.

Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel.
