Great location. Special experience in historic Pamplona.

Beautiful grounds and staff was lovely.

Our room was very good and had a nice view, but it was not the first room we were offered. There is a cafe where you can eat (instead of the restaurant) but we were not told about this. There were no instructions for using the WiFi - the strongest signal was one with our room number. This connected, but didn't work. After many calls to reception, we found out that we should have used the Paradore WiFi. We booked and paid Expedia. It took at least 20 minutes on check out to persuade reception that we didn't need to pay again. They seem to have multiple places they keep information, so that all interactions involved looking for something in one place, then another, then sometimes another, before they found it.

We loved our stay at the hotel. It was amazing! The staff was so friendly and helpful. We will for sure stay here again.

Air conditioning was very weak during really hot weather.
