Aranguren Vacation Packages

This place was great. We stayed in a beautiful clean comfortable room with a balcony and kitchenette, at a great price. We stayed in one of their Pamplona properties. We will definitely be checking out their others when we get to Madrid and Malaga. They don't have customer service staff at the location but any messages we sent them through WhatsApp were answered promptly.

The hotel is very clean, beds are comfortable and great views. The front desk staff was exceptional, both knowledgeable and helpful. I want to give a special shout out to Silvia and Alba. They went so far above and beyond to ensure that we had the most delightful vacation. Breakfast was well worth the money! The location was outstanding and the front desk is so well informed about the community and highlights. We had such a magical experience and this hotel made it so.

The hotel staff and amenities where very good, reason for 3 stars and not higher was due to the room being poorly lit and also feeling cramped for space.
