Cleaning, breakfast was excellent. But it could have more hot options if you dont eat meat and stuff there is nothing. And the main thing was even though rooms with window were promoted and we booked one, we are not able to open the window so there is no functionality and the AC was not working properly so the room was really hot and airless. Especially with this kind of small rooms a toilet with a sliding door does not help.

We had 2xtwin bedded apartments for our family of 4. The apartments were a good size, had all the facilities we required for our stay and were clean. The kitchen facilities were fine for what we needed, but if we'd wanted to cook from scratch there were no basics like oil etc. It was good to have washing up items provided. There was ample cutlery and crockery in each apartment for the 4 of us - we didn't need to take items from one apartment to the other. The bathroom was also a decent size, and the shower wasn't bad. The key code access on the hotel entrance and the rooms worked perfectly. There's a Co-op supermarket a few minutes walk away, which had a good range of items. The station is also by the supermarket, so very handy, and it's only a 10 min journey to Stockholm City station. Would definitely recommend the apartments - excellent value for money!

I recommend staying at Diplomat Hotel Stockholm, best location, excellent and attentive staff. The restaurant and the café are perfect.

Very clean room and excellent location! Bathroom often flooded from the shower and be aware that even with earplugs you’ll be woken up by guests slamming their doors open and closed constantly but that’s not the hotel’s fault.
