It wasn’t clear to me how far from the city it was. Was not happy with the hotel overall

The room was large and very nice with great amenities. We also really enjoyed going to the private and shaded garden with a glass of wine to relax in peace and quiet.

We had a wonderful stay - the hotel is in a quiet location but only a few minutes walk from lots of shops, restaurants and cafes. The hotel itself has friendly, helpful staff and a lovely courtyard garden for coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. Rooms have everything you need and a comfortable bed. Would return and highly recommend to others!

Beautiful place, lovely breakfast/cocktail room on the river, enchanting experience all around.

Wonderful room. Loved the little balcony off our room. Steam room and spa were fun. Breakfast was tasty. Drinks in the outdoor spot were relaxing and cheap. Staff were friendly and very helpful. A short stroll to everywhere. It all made for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. No downsides

This was a mediocre hotel but it was far from everything we had planned to do and felt very removed. It also was not the cleanest and the staff were not the kindest at this hotel. Additionally, when we went to our room there was a staff person with another woman in our room and acted strange that we came in. It was an uncomfortable experience but the amenities were nice.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. However, the room we were assigned on the first night was quite a shock. The shower was located in the bedroom with only a single glass wall for separation. There was no sofa and only one chair in the room, as well as just one small bath towel provided. Overall, the room felt more like a closet than a proper hotel room. Given the price we paid, we expected a much more decent accommodation. The following day, I requested a different room, which we received that evening. This room was significantly better and met our expectations. That said, I believe a discount should have been offered for the first night, which unfortunately did not happen. Overall, the hotel is very clean and modern.
