This hotel .. is not well informed, about customer rights, my personal experience, by Colombia law, about tax exemption for Colombians that not living, and we just pass by as tourist, I hope they improve the property too, right now I do not recommend to any one , the price is high for the quality that this place offers

Samuel was the best service staff we have ever had. He made an effort to learn English words with us while also teaching us Spanish. He definitely made the trip even better. As for the island, it was incredible. The boat ride there and back was 1000x better than a day trip boat I took a day prior with another company. It’s breezy at night on the island which helps keeps the mosquitos away. Would definitely recommend staying at least 2 nights to be able to fully enjoy the island :)

The staff are very friendly and they treat you like family here.

If I say something that company will treat is better not say anything just to say that place is horrible on everything
