Had a lovely stay here - the rooms and lobby are beautiful and a great location close to so many good restaurants. Very safe neighborhood. We were very disappointed to arrive and find out the pool was closed for the season (it’s still 30 degrees outside) which was not communicated anywhere on our booking. We would have chosen to stay somewhere else with a pool had we known.

Perfect location and nice hotel.

This hotel is a few steps from Ramblas de Poblenau, which is full of restaurants, cafes, and many other shops where locals & tourists come together to enjoy a nice walk under the trees, and music events some evenings. It’s also close to the beach, a bus stop right by the hotel and a 10 minute walk to a metro station.

The only thing good about the hotel was how close it was to La Sagrada Familia. When we checked into the hotel the receptionist had a flat affect and didn't explain the 2 documents we had to sign or explain anything about the hotel. The room had no air conditioning, mini fridge did not make the beverages cold, and there were bugs inside the bathroom. Also we could hear everything that was happening outside and inside the hotel. I would not stay at this hotel again in the future.

Excellent breakfast and hotel staff, I would come back to stay in the same hotel next time I visit Barcelona!
