Breakfast was very good. The front desk women were extremely nice and helpful. The room was very clean but felt a little damp. Also we were in the second building and the door to the outside was not locked. I would have felt even more secure knowing there was no way for no paying customers to get in.

Hotel was overall ok but upon checking in, I took a shower and when reaching for a towel discovered a pair of used dirty underwear belonging to someone else!!! I asked repeatedly for a manager but one was never on site. Probably wouldn’t return to this particular location.

nice little place, needs work, but so does my house, lol. the bed was hard for me, advised the staff of the 2 spiders we found in the bathroom, they were going to advice maintenance to spray. not much on the GF side of breakfast . but lots of restaurants near by. Zoo is only 10 mins away. we will be staying there again on our next visit to the zoo

There was mold above the door and down the side as well as around the light switch. My 8 year old child is highly allergic to mold so it was a very difficult night. The man at check out seemed as though he couldn’t care less

Nice hotel

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The breakfast was average and consisted of waffles, sausage, fruit, cereal, yogurt and muffins. Would definitely stay again.

The Gentleman that checked us in on Aug.1 that evening was very polite, helpful. He recommended places for us to eat and see. We were taking our youngest 2 granddaughters to the Zoo for the first time and he was just so helpful with different suggestions. The next morning for breakfast was hectic but this gentleman was very professional, kind, and helpful. Everything was very nice and clean. Thank you for a very stressful stay.
