Breakfast could have been better. Waffles were in packages. Scrambled eggs were hard. Muffins on sandwiches were dried. Carpets in the dining area needed cleaning. Rooms were fair. Control of the air conditioner was good.

The receptionist staff was pleasant. The breakfast was good. It wasn't only carbs but had eggs and sausage. Raquel the breakfast hostess was very friendly. This hotel adequately met our needs. It could use some updating however. Our room was clean but the decor little worn out.

First room we were given had roaches in the phone and coming out of the crack in the ceiling above the shower. Next room we were given was obviously just cleaned. Was told it was a non-smokering room but there was smoke stains on the walls and doors. Cigarette burns all over the bed sheets and blanket. ...

I booked a room online, said this BEst WEstern allowed pets. But when arrived with my dog, said they don't anymore, but would have to since the info online had not been changed. Couldn't get any hot water.

It has taken years for the remodel and we continued to stay during the 4 years of construction. Along the way, the rooms were always decent and clean and the hotel felt safe. CONSTRUCTION is DONE! The place looks great and the rooms are really nice.
