I'd give 10 stars if I could

Wow, just wow! Everything about this hotel was amazing. The staff were all so very nice. We drove up and were allowed early check in and didn't have to wait until 3 pm. Very clean, complementary breakfast was good. Coffee was out 24/7. Very clean rooms. We will be staying here again for sure. Such kind staff.

There was no hot water, had to leave very early around 5am, no hot water for showers, too early to call maintenance, checked out and told front desk and they said sometimes that happens and they were sorry.

Incredibly cozy room and area..quiet and just a short walk to the waterfront..cute shops and a pool hall cafe tgat hasn't changed since my Dad took me there 65 years ago..goose bumps when i walked in..can't wait to return..highly recommend..

Second Visit Sucked

There were multiple stains on the carpet. The area around the bath tub and sink was not cleaned. There was some type of residue left on the desk. The check-in process was effortless and straightforward. The person working at the front desk was both knowledgeable and friendly. This was my second stay, so I'm not sure how quickly they went from a five-star experience to a two-star one. I believed that I had found a clean environment to stay in while traveling, but it's not the case.
