If you book at this hotel with third party and if hotel downgrade your room like they did me, they will not give you money back. It will blame it on third party and The Customer service there didn't know what they were doing.

The front desk workers were great and knowledgeable, very helpful. The hotel is close to shopping, the zoo and restaurants, great location! They have complimentary breakfast and the beds were comfy with lots of pillows

Asheboro Trip

We loved the location in relation to the Zoo, restaurants and Walmart (its a thing, no matter where we are). The pool was also a must for a hotel for us. Despite the heat, it was a great relief from our long drive and long days walking at the zoo.
