Room was terrible. Ac unit sounded like a Mack truck. The bathroom doors were extremely heavy to move (disabilities room). Cracks in shower tile. No hot water in one sink. Extended shower head was placed 7 feet in shower (disabled room).

Quality Inn Vernal near Dinosaur National Monument
When checking in we waited over 20 minutes at the front counter. Nobody was there. More importantly, once Steph got there they had an attitude. Or usually not picky, although this was 11:30 at night and we were exhausted.
