Excellent location, beautiful rooms, upscale furniture, TV, beautiful views. Very cozy. One small request would be to upgrade the toilet seats from plastic seats to sturdy seats to match the upscale bathroom fixtures.

don't stay a floor below the restaurant

Only thing bad thing was staying on the floor right below the restuarant. Last morning there was woken up by chairs dragging across the floor for a hour. The hotel said there was a meeting going on.
