It's a nice hotel in the downtown, with views from the top floor. The top floor bar was not available to sample due to a private event the night we stayed. There are a few bars/restaurants close in the small downtown area. Unfortunately there was something mechanical making noise outside out room all night after midnight of our stay. It could have been an air conditioner or other device but it make a repetitive clicking all night long. When told the front desk they needed to have maintenance check it out, the response was "did I think it was the rain". It did not rain that night. They also let their employees sit literally right outside the entrance and smoke up the place. It was quite a plume 3 of them sitting there. Over all, it was ok, but not sure it was worth $250 for a simple room.

Only comment- Should have more convenient handicapped parking, as well as all parking. It`s a cramped area, so this might be a problem. Otherwise it was a great stay, and near the Harbor!

Quaint hotel in the harbor village gave a perfect "getaway" feel with the convenience of the local dining options in walking distance. Very clean common areas, and friendly, accommodating staff.

Best Hotel in Ashtabula. It is fairly new and it is comfortable and clean. Having the bar and breakfast area on the top floor is a nice touch. They did a nice job with the decor, I loved the harbor themes in the artwork.
