Great view. Hated that the 5th floor bar was open to the public. Half of the front desk staff were unfriendly. They other half were courteous and helpful. Waitress at breakfast went out of her way to interact with my 5 year old and was the highlight of our visit.

We had an overnight stay at the Red Roof Ashtubula-Austinburg. I had reserved 3 rooms and 2 out of the 3 were not cleaned properly toilet was dirty, nasty comforter, sheets, and mattress pad (I have had this happen at big chain hotels as well). The room and all of the common areas were very clean. All of the staff we had contact with were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was hot, and the attendant even made fresh eggs for us, even though the service ended in 20 minutes. We would stay here again for sure.
