The property was in excellent shape, My 2 complaints were that the mattress was certainly due for replacement and not the same quality as a Marriott or Westin, and for the price of a room, and all of the nice amenities, they cheaped out on cheap single ply toilet paper. The Betts restaurant was exceptionally busy because of the multiple events going on that night, but the service was excellent, the food was unbelievably good and the food and drink prices were shockingly inexpensive. The next time I am in town for an event or even for a weekend getaway I would certainly return.

We booked our room for three nights, and it was never once cleaned or even attended to at all. The ambience was not pleasant. Everything was old in the need of refreshment. We booked residence Inn because of a good reputation, but we’re extremely disappointed and would never stay there again.

Nice, clean hotel with good location. Buffet breakfast was average and disappointing for this size and quality of hotel. Valet staff had difficulty managing departures and arrivals which led to damage to my car; many cars were parked in front of hotel when we arrived - damage most likely occurred when another guest or valet driver was trying to maneuver another car around my vehicle, but I was not notified of any incident until I noticed the damage the next day. Investigation still in progress.
