Loved everything about this property

Was advertised there was a pool and breakfast. The pool had not been in service for a long while and the breakfast was a take and go which there was nothing to take and go. The was potentially coffee only during breakfast hours but there were no coffee cups. Staff stated to other customers they didn't have much to put out for breakfast. They were rude and could of cared less. To get fresh towels you had to bring the used towels to the front desk to exchange them. Worst experience ever.

It was a beautiful room. It had some free beer, wine and bottles of water.

Clean space, plenty of towels and hot water, good view, strong WiFi, adequate security and privacy.

I had excellent communication with the corporate office and the on-site manager. The building is fabulous with an excellent gym, rec room and pool. The garage is easy to get in and out, plus a brewery right next door...it was the perfect choice. I will look for the company in other cities for future travels.

Bed was uncomfortable and could sleep. The member lounge food was 30 mins late and cold on arrival. I go to a different hotel next time I visit the Clinic
