Room had awful smell! Like dead feet! Had to go To the store to get air freshener! Huh and front desk guy was rude about it.

Very cute and centrally located. Comfortable bed and rooms. Desk clerk very friendly.

The hotel is clean and the room was nice and very clean, plus comfortable beds. Pool was good, fitness has very little equipment, some did not work.

A grand old hotel, for sure, with superb elegant 30s architecture and decorations. However, the staff was certainly an elegant, and rather rude. The places falling apart, with peeling. paint on the trim, Old worn out carpets, and torn leather seats in the dining room. Finally, the bathroom had a raggedy floor towel, and some loud humming from plumbing dysfunction could be heard. Personally, we would never stay there again.

Enjoyable place to stay. The museum adds a unique experience and atmosphere!

we didn’t check in till 8 PM and I told us our room wasn’t even ready even though check-in was actually supposed to be at three. Pull out couch bag was disgusting. Just overall terrible experience.

Breakfast was sub par . Not a whole lot of choice of fruit and yogurt etc..

Been staying here for years, great staff and wonderful views but the building is getting outdated. But will stay again when in the area
