Pros: Clean room, friendly staff, and nice pool area and gym. Cons: Meals at the restaurant were lacking in volume for the cost. For example the Fish and Chips only had one piece of fish.

The Ramsey Hotel and Convention Center Pigeon Forge
Property is very nice. Beautiful lobby. Rooms are large, two queens. Beds excellent! Bathroom was updated but not cleaned properly. Breakfast was just ok. A buffet of usual items, nothing special. Staff was cordial.

Best Western Plaza Inn
The good: 3 pools, breakfast, cleanliness of the room, helpfulness of the staff, proximity to attractions The not-great: the hot tub at the indoor pool was cold, the bed wasn't terribly comfortable Overall, it was a great stay and we would stay there again if in the area.
