Nice stay
Our stay was good. Parking is tight and limited. Rooms were clean, good area. Indoor and outdoor pools with hot tubs as well.

We would stay again.
Our room was above the office, which was close to the road and all the lights. The blinds on the windows let in a lot of light. The bed was not the greatest, you could look at it and see that it had a big sag in the middle. The bathroom had gooey stuff dried on the shower wall, the toilet banged against the wall everytime you got off it. It looked like they swept the floor and left it behind the bathroom door. Other than these things we had a good stay.

A good weekend getaway
This was a weekend getaway for us. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfy. Bathroom was spotless as well. It is located in the main strip area where there are lots of restaurants, hotels, arcades.

3 day getaway
Hubby and I got away for a few days to relax and unwind. The room was super clean easy access quick check in and out process . Very cozy nice and convenient. Will def stay here again and in middle of both pigeon forge and gatlinburg

Love it there. I wish the fireplace had a continuous on button. I had to get up and turn it back on every 1/2 hour. I love those rooms though. Very cozy

We had a greay stay
We had a great stay. Room was clean a d beds were comfy. Indoor pool and hot tub were perfect and they had the area decorated for Christmas, it was beautiful. Breakfast was normal hotel food but nice and hot. Lots of good options. We will definitely be coming back for a longer stay in the future.

This was a great place to stay and the price was perfect. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The room was a good size and had good storage in the bathroom area. Only downside is the pool opens at 9:00am so sometimes kids noises would wake us up.

Almost terrific
The property was outdated. The oeople were wonderful. Our only real issue was breakfast. My husband, being a type 1 diabetic, went down at 930 for orange juice and everything was already bring put away and the juices were just water. It would have been really helpful if everything was available until 10 as advertised.

The property was well kept outside and staff was friendly every time we dealt with anyone. There was a nice selection of foods for breakfast, but it wasn’t ready until 7. I have three small kids, so they are up and hungry before then. The waffles were delicious. Our only real problem: The floor in our room was dirty - like not swept well and not mopped at all. I let the front desk know and they said they would have someone sweep and mop. It was cleaner when we returned, but they missed most of the bathroom floor area and our feet and socks were black every time we walked through there. I had to make my kids wear their shoes when they weren’t in the beds. I do not feel like it was mopped well between guest stays.
