Loved the location and most everything was a good experience but I didn't like that the parking was so far away. I realize you offer valet parking but I don't care for that and there was a lot of walking to get to our room so that wasn't a very good experience considering my back issues. I would go back but I would make a few different choices.I

The property was beautiful, the rooms were clean and replenished daily, the patio door handle would come right off when pulled but Iwas on the secund floor so didn't care. Downfall the walls are pallet thin, can hear every conversation outside my door. Other than that, we loved it!

The location was so cool to experience! Right in the middle of what the island has to offer! Valet parking was worth the money each day. The staff was welcoming and extremely kind. The room seemed clean, the bathroom was huge, and the balcony on the river side view was really relaxing.

The room itself was so beautiful and we loved the in suite tub! Our main issues stemmed more from the bar/ table service throughout our stay. It felt like the bartender really just wanted to over serve us and get us out asap even though it wasn’t super crowded or busy.
