The place was awesome. However; paying $10 to park is a ripoff. I declined valet parking because it was $25. Once I checked in, it was $10 just to park. That is ripping people off! Had I known that out front, I would have done valet. I loved staying here but doubt I’ll ever stay again for that reason. Parking should be included with the room rate.

My short stay was wonderful. I felt completely at ease walking on the Island at night. The music piped through the halls and the island scent released throughout the day was a nice touch. The Margarittaville restaurant was very good. The only thing i didnt like was paying for parking. I can see if i used valet, but i did not.

The room was amazing and very clean. The hotel is right at the edge of The Island and everything was walkable and wheelchair accessible. The only thing I have issues with is the air freshener in the hallway, it was very strong.

We love Margaritaville!
The Valet parking was awesome! Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. Our room was comfortable and clean. This was our 5th time staying here and will definitely be back!! So happy we were here during Winterfest kickoff on the Island!

Very clean, smells AMAZING, peaceful, and an unbeatable room for the price. My favorite hotel stays in Tennessee so far and I just wish I stayed longer. The food in and around the hotel was good but for the price I would highly recommend driving to one of the diners or restaurants nearby, all less than 10 mins away. Cider tastings in the shopping area are a must try!

Kind of mediocre and not worth the price tag.
My husband and I have been wanting to stay here for years. We’ve stayed at the other Margaritavilles in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and this one was the last one on our list. However we were kind of disappointed with our one night stay. The parking, if you didn’t want valet, was a joke. It wasn’t convenient at all. Our room was basically at the end of the building. We actually timed ourselves from walking from our room to our car and it took 8 mins. I don’t even think the hotel was full. We were left with a 1/4 roll of toilet paper and none in the room. For the cost of the one night I guess we expected a bit more. Probably will stay at another Margaritaville next time we’re in town.
