Staff was wonderful, we went for GSMJI Saturday before it began on Thursday. We found out we needed to leave on Wednesday due to a death in our family. Everyone was so kind, we will be going back and making reservations for next year’s Jeep Invasion.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The location was amazing, the rooms comfortable, and the rooftop pool was a nice touch! But the best part was the customer service, it was better than most other hotels we’ve stayed at! Highly recommend this resort when visiting the area!

Stopped for two nights as a break from a long drive. This hotel had everything you needed all in walkable distance. Restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The roof top pool and bar provided a great view of the fountain. The housekeeping was very efficient and managed to make the bed and refill towels in a short time we had stepped out. Front desk staff were super friendly and personable. We will absolutely visit this hotel again!

The hotel and location were better than we expected. We had a room with the balcony overlooking the river which made things a little more quiet at night. We loved all the shopping and entertainment right nearby. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!

Parking was horrible
The hotel is huge and the walk from the lobby to the room was a long walk. We loved the room, but it was not cool in the room, especially at night. We were not able to adjust the temperature. Parking is horrific. They charge an additional $10 per day for you to park your own car and the lot is not close to the hotel. Walking from the parking lot to the hotel in 90 degree weather was not good for a 70+ year old couple. They did offer valet parking but it was $25 a day. I expect free parking at (not near) my hotel to be free with the purchase of the room. Quite disappointed in the parking situation.

We had a great time at Margaritaville Island Hotel after we were finally able to get checked in. I booked my reservation on Expedia and requested a handicap accessible room, but when we arrived at the hotel, they did not have a notation that we needed an accessible room. This is the second time this has happened to use while using Expedia. I will no longer be using Expedia to make hotel accomodations.

Overall a wonderful visit, I would suggest a better selection of pillows. The pillows were lumpy and needed to be replaced. Perhaps a selection ranging from firm to soft.

Really nice hotel and convenient to everything. The only complaint I had was the vallet parked my brand new truck under a tree or something and got tree sap all over it it will wash so no big deal

Best place to stay in pigeon forge!
We will be back. Best hotel to stay in. The balcony overlooking the shopping mall was so cool. The hotel room was so clean and updated. The pool area was really special as the views of the island were spectacular. Perfect view from the pool rooftop to see the island fountain show. Wonderful place to stay and really convenient to everything.

I loved my stay at margaritaville!! Although my nose was pretty stuffy each morning I woke up, but that could’ve been form allergies. I know once I left I felt fine but all in all I would definitely make another trip back in a heart beat!!
