My family and I enjoyed our stay at your resort. It was extremely comfortable, and the property was clean. The staff took care of all of our service needs. The space experience was superb. Denise was excellent, best massage ever.

Loved that it was like a mini apartment. You could choose to either hit one of the many restaurants or bring your own food to make in your very own kitchen or grill on one of the grills out by the playground. The pool and lazy river was also a plus. Will definitely recommend to family and friends who plan to come to pigeon forge or gatlinburg.

Great getaway
We had a nice, relaxing overnight getaway. The condo is very nice and looks like a higher quality construction than some we have stayed at. The bed was very comfortable. The living room furniture looked great, but wasn’t as comfortable as I would have liked. That would be my only reason to not give 5 star comfort rating. I would love to come stay longer and take advantage of some of the other amenities offered.

Best spa condo experience ever!!!
This was absolutely beautiful experience. We celebrated my husband’s birthday here and he thoroughly enjoyed himself . We stayed in the four bedroom condo with a full kitchen washer dryer living and dining room and large balcony which exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be coming back to enjoy the this spa condo experience and will tell all of our friends. The lazy river was so relaxing along with the hot tub and 24 hour pool.Thank you Riverstone for such a great time. Booking with them you will not be disappointed!!!

The lady that checked us did not give us our door pass when she was giving us instructions for parking and getting their paperwork signed and initialed. We walked out and drove to the room only to look thru the handful of maps and and paperwork to realize we didn’t have the key. When we drove back to the office she was rude stating she had given it to us and we left it on her counter. Myself and my wife where both there checking in and the door pass card was never given to us. She was very rude and needs to take a remedial class on customer service
