Great place to stay!

It was a very nice place! My husband & I were there for our anniversary. The only bad thing I can say about it is that we had a room inside where the pool area was & it was very loud with children & families. We will go back but request a room outside of the pool area! It was very clean & the breakfast was outstanding!!

I will definitely stay here again. Had an amazing experience and it was a way better place than the last hotel we stayed at. Check in was easy and the breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel!! 10/10

Filthy Floors

The floors were filthy. I asked the person cleaning the rooms to please sweep and mop but do not believe they spoke any English. I took my cloths off in the bathroom and when I picked them up off the floor they had dirt and dust all over them. The floors in the room you could see stuff on them.

February Pigeon forge trip

It was a very clean room. They offered free breakfast. The hotel is beside the river. We always get a room Riverside. We don’t want one poolside or front of the building. Every thing was perfect. The people were nice. This is where we stay every time we go to the smokies.

Riverside is beautiful. It was a joy waking up every morning and seeing the duck and geese as soon as we walked outside. The indoor pool was heated and it was so warm. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfy. Will definitely stay here from now on. My only complaint is the continental breakfast isn’t very good.
