Better than I expected. Very clean, fridge and microwave in the room, nice indoor pool, and a decent breakfast. We were on the street side, so there was a bit of street noise, but it was minimal.

Best Hotel in Pigeon Forge
My husband is handicap and at check in they arraigned the room to be very accessible for him. The front desk was absolutely amazing. This is the second time we have stayed there, but not the last. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a clean, friendly place to stay. We didn't take advantage, but in the evening there were several families swimming and the pool area looked fantastic.

Very Disappointed.
We booked the room, requested an ADA compliant room through Hotels.com as well as Called the Hotel. Room was confirmed only to find out that the room when we arrived was not ADA compliant, nor did they have any available. We ended up located on the second floor, pool balcony interior. Construction was taking place on the rooms opposite of ours which led to unrestful nights. ADA Compliant parking was scarce, some odd four or so spots. No effort was made by staff, at any point, to offer us an ADA compliant room when one was available. The stay was for a Week at around 900$. I want a refund honestly.

Smoky Mountain Christmas trip
The hotel is in a great location for enjoying the other activities in Pigeon Forge. Great value for the money. My only suggestion is to use brighter lightbulbs. The room is a little dark. The orange paint on walls contributes to the darkness.

Stayed here for 5 days in October. The outdoor picnic area and river is very nice however, the inside was very underwhelming. The room was very musty and damp. There was no fan in the bathroom which definitely did not help with the moisture. You get what you pay for. I booked this room because it was cheaper. We were only here to shower and sleep in which it served its purpose.
