Even though advertised there was no breakfast. The pool area was in horrible shape. Hot tub was cold and bottom was peeling. The pool had an exposed wire and the lazy river was so cloudy. You could not see the bottom. Room was fine and clean.

I liked that the pools stayed open later. I didn't not like that there holes in the walls, fire place didn't not work neither did the jacuzzi. Also the elevator was down. All this after being switched to a new room because the first room was not cleaned and had garbage & unchanged bed sheets.

Beyond dirty
This place was under construction, however the rooms are just nasty! The floors made your feet black, blood on the bathroom door and wall. Bed sheets were burned and dirty with stains. Smelled like they were smoking rooms that never got cleaned. Yellow curtains and lamp shades from smoking. Just overall not clean!

This property is under renovations and alot of things i overlooked because of this reason. But honestly having to stay here runied my whole weekend. Our room was nasty, the tub was dirty their was 1/2 empty shampoo bottles left behind, their was mold and mildew all over the shower curtan. The floors had crap all over it looked as if they hadn't been vaccumed all year, dead bugs and just filth everywhere. My youngest (just turned one)was merisable bc i had to keep him in his play pen the whole time we were in our room. I refused to put him on that nasty floor, your socks were BLACK after 10 min being in there. One of the beds were broke, it would fold u up like a taco. The heated inside pool was ice cold, the hot tub was filled but was cold and didnt work. The lazy river was filled with gravel on the bottom, my daughter cut her foot open in it. Was a complete DISAPPOINTMENT!!!! I took photos of our room but it doesn't give me a option to upload them or i would in a heartbeat.

Everything was clean beds are comfortable. But this is twice we have stayed here. Last time was at least six years ago. Price is decent. They really need to fix their hotel page and replace their signs in the lobby to reflect that the hot tub isn't working lazy river supposed to be heated its not. And u want to say u have breakfast on the website but when we get there u dont cause its under remodel. People look for that for convenience.

We rented this hotel particularly for the hot tub. Lazy River because we had been there before and got to enjoy it when it was working. The hot tub was broken apparently and the heated lazy river was considerably colder than the last time I remember. The indoor pool was ice cold. I saw roaches in the room. The carpet where it meets the tile was ripped up with a pieces of metal sticking up that I stabbed my foot on, the bathtub wouldn't stop up and someone brought a stopper to the room for us. The Continental breakfast that it said was included was not included and there was no breakfast at all. Not only that, but there was no food vending machines at all only drinks.. The comforter on the bed had burn holes in it. The chair on the porch outside had a burn hole in it. The workers here were very helpful and tried their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible being that the hotel itself was lacking in so many ways. The pool area also never had towels or floats for people to use in the lazy river. Overall, I would write our experience 4 / 10 ... Not to mention the neighbors beside us in that room we're screaming at each other unfortunately

Thwy are remodeling the hotel but overall, it was a nice room for a few days at a great rate. Our bathroom was a little dusty in the corners but still tolerable. TV could definitely be bigger and updated. But it was right in the heart and soul of Pigeon Forge with a nice view. 4/5 stars from me.

I had read the bad reviews of the property, but due to the cancellation policy, I couldn't change my mind about staying. I had messaged the property and asked if things were in working order (pool area). Their response was yes. That was untrue. Hot tub didn't work, no floats at lazy river, room was changed, room was dirty with stains on ceiling, walls, floors. No breakfast or coffee at hotel. Stuff falling from ceiling onto towels, making them unusable when needed. What looked like pee on back of toilet (not from us). We made the best of it, but we spoke to another guest and they had a similar room situation. The workers were friendly and I could tell that it was a problem from the top down and they didn't have a choice but deal with it.

The hot tub wasn't working and the indoor pool was freezing but the lazy river made up for it. It doesn't have a phone or alarm clock so bring one. It had some minor cosmetic issues but you can see they are under construction to repair it. Even with that, of still stay for the staff and lazy river... AND THE BEDS!!!!

The stay was great because of the location but the bed was very tough not comfortable at all even the chairs at the dining table was uncomfortable however the location was fabulous right in the middle of all the fun stuff I would give it an over all rating of 4 stars
