I will say, you definitely get what you pay for. The pictures provided are clearly older pics & not an accurate description of the current state of this hotel. The pool is located in the very lover level with no working elevator. The stairway leading to the pool is gross and dingy. The area the pool is in, is not ventilated so the overwhelming smell of chlorine & chemicals will give you a headache and make you feel light headed. Some parts of the hotel are being updated but the rooms themselves still felt outdated. The beds were comfortable and for the most part, the room was clean but I would not stay again.

Best bang for the buck!
Great value for the $! Heater dis not keep up with warmth setting. Acoustical Ceiling tile showed mildew but who cares for the price.
I stayed checked I. For less than 2 hours. Pictures are deceiving and this place was disgusting. Shoes stuck to the floor. Beds had food crumbs all over the pillow cases and the beds had dirt stains and other women's hair stuck to the sheet. The beds appeared to have bed bugs but I wasn't completely sure. I lost 279$ by my choice to move to a cleaner nicer room in gatlinburg. I do not recommend this place and there is no type of refund or apology by employees because I booked through hotels.com. The rooms had stains that appeared to look like mold the area going to the pool was filthy and creepy area with holes in the walls stains and more mold looking appearance on the walls all the way to the pool.
The reviews were not accurate in our opinion. Although they are under construction, somethings were just not worth the cost.
The elevator to the pool was out of service and you had to go down stairways that lead to the basement level and it was very questionable and honestly felt unsafe.
Our room was clean enough but very outdated. Again they are under construction and it has great potential once they are complete. But our air was turned all the way down from the moment we checked in but there was no air flow in the room at all, even in the evenings we slept with no covers and the last night it got even hottier in the room and ended up asking for a box fan which they happily provided and opened the balcony door at 2am to get some air in the room. It was so hot our 5 year old woke up coughing and struggling to breathe and ended up throwing up from being overheated. They were very apologetic at check out and submitted a repair claim when we went down for a fan. Had we not booked through a third party, they would probably have refunded at least one night but it had to be submitted through Expedia which we did and are waiting for a response!
Over all, I would like to see this place once the renovations are complete but until then we will not be booking.
Grateful for the staff hearing us out and being understanding.
It was a great stay. The kids especially loved that the indoor pool and lazy river stayed open til 2AM! Only thing that was disappointing was that the breakfast wasn’t available during our stay bc the worker didn’t show up, but I realize that was out of their control.

Currently undergoing remodel. Needs rooms updated such as carpeting.
Staff were extremely nice!
Going through renovations but I didn’t see an issue with that!
Hotel room carpet so dirty that my feet were black and would have to wash them before getting in bed.
The pool was ice cold. Lazy river and hot tub were great but the pools heater wasn’t working.
Breakfast didn’t open up until 7:30 the first morning we were there, said it’s supposed to open at 6:30. They couldn’t keep up with the food, were out of a lot within 6 minutes of opening.
Wasn’t terrible but there were a few inconveniences
Worst hotel ive ever stayed at. Booked for our first family trip. They had us on the 5th floor with a broken elevator. Was there for 4 days, didnt see housekeeping come to my room once. Whole building under construction, so not visually appealing. Paper thin walls and could hear the kids screaming down the halls all night long. Not their fault, they are kids. Also, my sister hadnt heard from us one day and was worried because we went to bed early and didnt see her call. She called the hotel and asked them if they could just confirm our car was in the parking lot. Instead, the hotel called the police and had them bang on our door at 11pm, waking us all out of a dead sleep. Their website says they provide breakfast, but it was almost inedible. The pool area is highly depressing. Its dank and gross. And its a huge bummer to look at the awesome water park hotel next door. Your kids will be sad. It was such an awful experience that we went cave exploring one day and found a wishing well in one. I gave my son a quarter to make a wish and he wished for a new hotel. Do with this info what you will.

The pictures online were nothing like the actual room. There was mold over the showerhead. It seemed like it grew everyday. The room smelled horrible. At least there wasnt any bugs. Everything was ruin down.
hallways were so dirty look like they had been vacuumed in weeks. They were doing some renovation which I understand. Room was dirty. Carpet was stained up stuff on the walls look like drink just dripping down the walls. I wiped it off with the rag so I know it could’ve been cleaned. Had they tried. Pool area was dark and dingy and dirty looking. There was a light literally floating in the water in the lazy river with wires exposed.
