Good price, wonderful stay

My fiancé and I stayed for two nights to celebrate our anniversary. We booked the king size room with the large tub and it was so amazing! The only issue we experienced was the public hot tub downstairs with the rest of the indoor pools was dirty and the main indoor pool was not heated like advertised. But there were signs stating they are in the process of reservations. Overall, the price was very good, plus we had a wonderful trip and plan to return to this hotel for our next trip to Pigeon Forge (potentially our honeymoon!)

Please don't stay here.

The furniture is outdated and stained. Couch had a hole in arm. Bed was lopsided, then morning found a bed bug and I hightailed out of there.

Beware of hotel

Very unclean the air conditioner look like it had mold and the toilet had mold. It had dirty needles on the shelf housekeeping definitely did not properly clean the room. There was a used shot glass with a lipstick stain on it also found in the room! Would not recommend staying here

We stayed for my husbands birthday weekend/ our honeymoon as well. It’s definitely not what you see in the pictures but it was decent for what we paid. When we first got there I was excited to get in the jet tub in our room but when I turned it on it would not turn off but they did send maintenance guy quickly and fixed it fast. The housekeeper does a terrible job so we definitely did not leave a tip. We wanted a balcony to sit and relax but they did not have private dividers so when we went out there it was like sitting on a porch with strangers plus ur neighbors could climb right over it so we had to make sure our balcony door stayed locked. The indoor jacuzzi and heated pool was not it was freezing so that was disappointing. Other than that overall it was a good stay.

Meh

This was a good budget hotel. The room was dirty, with crumbs and bottle caps strewn about the floor. There was also a previous persons wash rag hanging up in the shower. The WiFi had a mind of its own. This place is still actively under remodel so you get what you pay for. There was also a turd lying on the ground beside the indoor lazy river. Overall I would only stay again in a pinch.

Not even for free is it worth it!

Awful! I wish I would have taken pictures didn’t think of it. The heated Indoor pool was cold, hot tub was cold, tiles in pool broken on the steps to get in so dangerous, pool light bulb floating around wire exposed, sauna out of order, no complimentary breakfast, beds so old you sunk in the bed and you could feel every spring, non working main light fixture in room thank god there was one lamp, the staff was atleast nice not their fault they work in such a horrible place. I’m a nurse went for work took the family for a fun time and I thought I was book something decent for a couple of nights… it was NOT.

The room is very run down carpet looks like it has never been cleaned toilet stops up ever time you flush it you could smell someone smoking weed the whole time we were there first time staying here and will be my last time I would not recommend this place to anyone
