I asked for a non smoking first floor room. The best they could do was a 2nd floor room. Upon entering the room, there was a strong smell of smoke. I requested another room and we had to take a 5th floor level. When we entered this room, the balcony door was open. This room had damaged walls, a cracked sink, and a TV that did not work. All this info was given to the front desk and while he offered us yet another room, we decided to stay since it was nearly 10pm and we only planned for one night stay anyway. Definitely would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel was so bad we left 30 minutes after check in because the hotel was awful. There was mold in the carpet, the bedding was dirty with nail clipping and body hair. The room had a musky smell that took your breath. Worst hotel that I’ve ever experienced. Will not recommend or stay there ever again.

We knew when booking that the hotel was older, but we did not expect the level of uncleanliness we encountered. That is no excuse for how extremely dirty it was. The carpet was heavily stained and appeared not to have been shampooed in years. The bathroom door had holes in it, and the pillows looked as though they hadn’t been replaced in a very long time. The list goes on. Most concerning was the lack of security throughout the property. The exterior doors were not locked, allowing anyone to enter from outside. On two occasions, we saw homeless individuals come into the building and use the restrooms near the pool area. I would not recommend this hotel. It is in serious need of a complete renovation and improved security measures.

The room was dirty and uncomfortable. The elevators were slow and only one was working . Very noisy and traffic jams and congested. I would not recommend to anyone. Certainly didn’t match online photos.

Never saw any housekeeping at all! Had to ask for towels constantly even when put out our door like we were told! Only 1 ice machine for 6 floors others broken. Could be nice place if redone progress too slow. Hallways could have been vacuumed food all over! Could sere coffee all day for people like most places! Just some ideas. But mostly just needs good housekeeping would make it better since it’s being redone supposedly! Disappointed since this was a long awaited vacation of 20 years we saved for had to leave room! I have autoimmune problems am definitely bad ventilation! Leaking ceiling on the 6th floor! But that’s what happens picking places over the internet site unseen! Wish we would have gotten the hot tub also like it said in the ad! I should have complained when we got to the room but a motorcycle race and car show both going on would have me find a room impossible! We are seniors and just wanted a nice 5 nights which we got but not in the Park Inn but staying out except to sleep!

This property is a budget property for sure. Everybody should know that before booking . It does appear that they are trying to fix the place up. Right now the property seems to be very dirty. I checked out a day early because I was so uncomfortable with the mess. The shower curtain actually sets inside the perimeter of the tub so there’s no way to take a shower without it, touching you. It felt very gross. The balcony was dirty beyond use. All the common areas were extremely dirty. The curtains felt dirty. The carpet is filthy. There is a smell when you first walk in the door of a very strong perfume type product designed to mask odors. I found it very unpleasant. On the plus side this property is very cheap for the area. Every staff member I encountered was super nice and extremely helpful. The location is great.

The staff from the moment of check-in was very rude. The property was deceptive with the pictures that was on Expedia. The property look nothing like the pictures. It was very outdated and ran down. It was not convenient. It was a lot of photo shopping and Editon and it was very disappointing when we pulled up to the property. Two people backed out immediately and refused to stay in the party of six rooms the parties that did stay in the rooms. We had no hot water there were no iron and ironing boards. The carpet was so filthy that we couldn’t let the children walk, barefoot it was disgusting. It had not been cleaned in years. The beds were dirty. The entire state was a nightmare. I would not recommend no one staying at this property.
