Liked breakfast staff. Kind and amazing service every morning. Paid for a room with jet tub not enough hot water. Lights in bathroom flickering. When telling front desk they had no apologies for any inconveniences . Tried to pay for fancy . I was disappointed that they didn't care . About 500$ it should of been better. Front desk could of tried to right some wrongs I feel.

I was highly disappointed by my stay. The pictures make it look nicer than it really is. The rooms are dim and old. The bathrooms are crazy small and our tub kept flooding. I found a random pill lying around on the counter and that tells me that they don’t really clean that well.The walls are paper Thin so you hear everything.The hot tub wasn’t even hot and the pool was freezing. I wouldn’t recommend this place for price. There’s definitely better places nearby for the same cost. Save your money

I ended up two differ et reservations and two different rooms because they couldn't let me stay in se room due to other reservations. The first room was clean and had great water pressure and water was hot in shower. When I got to my second room for the last night of our stay, it was bigger which was nice, however the shower water pressure was very low and the water was very warm but never got HOT. The heater in the bathroom didnt work and there was a dead bug on the bathroom counter. The staff was very pleasant and helpful the whole time we were there. The last person I dealt with to do my final check out was polite, but not very friendly and seemed unconcerned with my final room and its issues. Would definitely stay there again, but weary of room 307 with the shower issues.
