Left the hotel we originally booked due to cleanliness and some uninvited insects. Booked with BW room was bigger and cheaper. Super clean, comfortable room and beds. Very friendly staff and house keeping! Will probably never book with anything but BW ever again. Thank you BW!

Overall it was a pleasant stay. The kids loved the pools and our room was clean. It was close to everything we needed and wanted to do. The only thing that I think needs improvement is the complimentary breakfast, it was the same every day we were there. Maybe switching up the options every few days be nice.

Hotel had a good convenient location. It is at the south end, which makes for an easy drive to Gatlinburg or the Smoky Mountains park. Two outdoor pools and an indoor pool allowed for a variety of options. We stayed in the townhouse room, which was nice and roomy but smelled a little musty. Pigeon Forge is generally a busy area, but we had a good stay at this hotel.

Other than the gutter work / construction it was amazing and had nice pools an hot tub ! Wish we missed the construction though ! Also the river view is false u pay extra to hear the water can not see anything
