Room wasn’t comfortable!

Air conditioning did not work in one of the bedrooms with king bed. Woke up sweating in the middle of the night. Room wasn’t very clean and the railing for stairs was very loose in the room! Was afraid my daughter was going to fall if she got near it.

I absolutely loved everything about this place. From the cost to the availability of everything the location. The staff was absolutely amazing from check in to how they interacted with the kids during activities! I wish the water and pools were warmer but still wonderful! The atmosphere was on point! We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay if you have young children. The pool and water slides are perfect for young children. My 7 year old had a blast. Plenty of activities for the kids to do. The staff is very friendly. Hotel is close to everything and is in a great location. CONS: walls are kinda thin, we had very noisy neighbors who seemed to be running laps late at night! Also my son found a bug on his bed and we alerted the staff and they quickly moved us rooms with no difficulty. Not sure what kind of bug it was but he got a video of it. The new room was bug free and we had a great weekend. Overall it was a great trip and we would stay here again.

Affordable fun for a family!

This was a great alternative to some of the pricier waterpark resorts. Although the park is smaller than others, it made up for it in other areas. Food is reasonably priced and not "resort prices." Staff is very friendly and everyone says hello as you pass by. Angela at the pizzeria was awesome and multi-tasking while also working the ice cream shop. And this part was my favorite: the kids also had a safe next to their bunk beds. They had to do a scavenger hunt in the room (questions left by the hotel) to find out the combination. When they opened it, they found apple sauce pouches and two small toys!

Great family destination

This was our first time staying here. I have a 12 and 10 year old. We all had a blast! There is plenty to do and a variety of places to eat on site. Granny Clickers was top notch!! One thing to keep in mind, the breakfast and activity passes are cheaper if you order online ahead of time (we ordered about an hour before we ate). The staff is super courteous and helpful. We stayed in the Penthouse and there was plenty of room. The kids loved the staircase! Definitely will be going back!!
