We stayed for 2 weeks, hotel was in renovation hotel did not post anything about been renovating at all, it was very inconvenient to park and move around, hot water did not work maintenance had to go fix it, toilet was clogged. Employees were very rude all over the hotel, I did not meet an employee that was happy to be there but a handicap girl that worked at the zip lining. Hospitality needs to be implemented.

My stay was for a 1 night business trip. It was quiet, clean and convenient to everything. Looks like they've updated since my last stay a couple years ago. This resort caters mainly to families with children, but all are made to feel welcome and I enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this resort.

The property offers a ton of fun for kids and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms definitely could be cleaner especially since the place is not very old, a year and a half old hotel should have much cleaner rooms. Also the pool towels are tiny.

The vip amenities weren’t super useful to us. We used the free scoop of ice cream but game credits aren’t very useful without kids. Food credit or coffee credit would be better as no coffee in the room and you had to pay to get it. Didn’t realize that when I booked but not a great place for us. Probably great for family with kids.

My family and I stayed for 5 nights, and very much enjoyed our stay. Very convenient locations. You can walk out and find restaurants and attractions. Very easy walk to the island. We stayed in the penthouse and my in-laws stayed in the honeymoon suite. We both did not have any issues with noise, only thing we could hear was the occasional door closing from other rooms. They have things going on all day long for kids. Pools are heated and clean. Even on a rainy day they had staff at the pools just in case anyone was brave enough to go out there. There was construction on the new area where they are building an indoor water slide area, but we heard no noise from it and didn't affect our stay. We ate breakfast once at granny clunkets, and it was served family style. No complaints on the food what so ever. Lastly we stopped at the coffee shop onsite, and not only is it open 6am-midnight, but everything we had was so good. Overall we would come back again in a heartbeat.

Property was really nice. Staff super friendly. Food was mediocre. I would suggest getting pizza cheese blend instead of just mozzarella. Lot of construction work which made it hard to get in and out of property but we will definitely go back and definitely loved the staff.
