This property definitely gives more bang for the buck! Affordable, beautiful rooms, walking distance to food & entertainment, & even included breakfast buffet at the nearby restaurant. The staff was super friendly & helpful. I would wholeheartedly recommend this property!

Super affordable, great value for Pigeon Forge
It's right on the main strip in Pigeon Forge. I was in town for a family event but stayed at the lodge by myself. The room was lovely. The pool is amazing! Water slide, and it's open till 1:00 a.m. My king size bed was comfortable, and the jacuzzi tub in my room was fantastic! The staff was super welcoming. There is construction going on however it did not impact my staying on the weekend. Also the venue over communicated the fact that they had construction so it would not be a surprise. The price for the room versus the value was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is ok, but definitely was not what o expected by the pictures. They do disclose they are currently under construction. However, the construction materials are piled up (with weeds growing between them) and it looks like no one has been there for months working on it. Parking lots are gross by the hotel and restaurant. Someone needs to go out and sweep daily. We were given a room that had air conditioning leak, so the carpet was stained, wet, and stunk. Asked for a different room and after some discussion we were finally transferred at 10pm.

As far as not needing to worry about cleanliness or bed bugs all good there, very close to fun stuff to do. Walls are thin, however. If you have noisy neighbors, which we were unfortunate enough to have both nights, you will hear everything. The front desk politely tried once to help, but made it much worse. Don’t recommend if you have kids who are sensitive sleepers (we had to endure our neighbors loudly swearing and yelling). Tub with jets spewed mold when we turned it on, recommend just using shower. Otherwise, bring earplugs. Staff was okay, friendly.

Overall it was worth the price. The walls are paper thin, so we heard people with kids the whole time. The bed was uncomfortable, and the rooms are a little dated. The carpet needs to be cleaned. Other than those knit picky things, overall we enjoyed ourselves. It was very close to everything, so we didn't have to drive far at all! The continental breakfast was great! It was at a buffet next door, and they charge you for drinks, but water is free. They were doing construction, but I never heard it. I did hear ppl on both sides of us though lol.

I checked in asking how many floors they had there and was saying how awesome it would be to get to stay on the top floor facing the mountains. She looked and got me and my family that room facing the mountains on the top floor. That was the best view I’ve ever seen. Two thumbs way up!!

Great Hotel
My husband and I was in town celebrating our Wedding Anniversary when our first room at a different location got canceled due to overbooking. Hotels.com stepped in right away to find accommodations. Comfort Inn & Suites was nothing but amazing. From the friendly staff right on down to the cleanliness. Thank you for making our day stress-free.

Checkin folks were wonderful. Room was very spacious. It could use some updating, but we will stay there again when we return. Free breakfast at wood fire buffet was a great bonus, even though we had to leave before they opened. The couple with our party took advantage of the breakfast and gave a glowing review! Thank you!

This hotel was good. They give you free breakfast buffet. The pool area is nice and It has balconies off your rooms. The only 2 negative things were the bed frame was made of thin metal and it literally shook/vibrated when you laid down or got up and it loud. And the staff on the 5th floor talked VERY loud in the morning when they were cleaning the rooms and they woke us up.
