We enjoyed our stay. There was some construction going on that caused a problem with parking. Once it is completed it will be well worth it. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever found in a hotel. I loved they provided breakfast every morning at a restaurant with a huge buffet. You won't find a a hotel this good for the price. The staff was very nice. We will definitely be back!!!!

when we checked in the AC didn't work told the lady at the front desk she sent out maintenance he couldn't fix it and then the lady got very rude with us said well. I guess we have another room for you went up there and it was just as bad as the first room !asked her for our money back and she refused front desk girl was very unprofessional and very rude and now they won't refund our money

The hotel was nice but things in the room were old and damaged. The lamp was torn and old looking. The plug in the wall had duck tape on it. The AC unit cover miss broken off. I saw two roaches one was in the bathroom and the other on the ceiling above the tv. Just about none of the arcade games worked or the claw machines.The carpet in the hallway was very dirty and there was an smell in the hallway even the rooms. The staffing was excellent especially the front desk. The room was cleaned very well, but the room needs some updating.

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel was reasonably priced, clean and the breakfast was awesome. The hotel staff were nice. Location, Location, Location. Everywhere we wanted to go was walkable. I am definitely going to be a repeat customer.

Even though construction was going on, the hotel was nice and clean. The free breakfast buffet for the restaurant next door, Wood Grill Buffet, was an excellent perk! The only issue we had was the bed was very uncomfortable. However, other people may have a different opinion. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The beds were really comfortable. The breakfast was great and it was at a real restaurant buffet style. They had anything you would want. The pool and game room looked really nice however we didn't use it. There was some construction but it didn't bother us. It will be nice when they are finished. We will be back!!!

I was harassed by the front desk lady as a disabled veteran with my dog and charged $250 for my service dog even though I responded immediately to her rude attitude. My dog didn’t damage anything, nor cause a disturbance. It was honestly miserable. I have never been treated so poorly. It ruined our vacation and now I have to get my lawyers involved.

Bare minimum okay standard
The resort was undergoing construction and parking was limited. The other guest were noisy and our room had doors on both side connecting to other rooms. The exhaust fan on the bathroom was broken and on of the light bulbs was broken off in the socket. The bathroom was as clean as could be give. The as and maintenance of the property. We had a “queen” room but it was a double size queen bed. It was okay for a last minute reservation but I would definitely look elsewhere next time.
