We loved the smell of the lobby and cleanliness. The front desk staff were ok, but the staff at the concierge desk were extra friendly. We had my 3 grandsons ages 9,7,4 and could hardly keep them away from the pools. The campfire was a beautiful addition. Hopefully we can stay again sometime

It was clean and quiet. My only complaint was handicap parking. When the handicap parking was full, I had to park quite a distance from the entrance as valet parking used the spots closest to the entrance. I struggle to walk.

This hotel is wonderful! The rooms are spacious and bright, the decor is modern, and the amenities were amazing. The pool is great for the kids and the bar/restaurant has great food and drinks. The location is great, minutes from The Island. We were very pleased with everything and will stay here again!

Hotel was very clean and staff were very nice and helpful. One complaint was in the restaurant/bar, we sat for a good while, waiting for someone to wait on us on a Saturday night. I feel there wasn’t enough staff working on a busy evening. Once we had someone it was great. On Saturday morning for breakfast I feel they weren’t able to keep up on replenishing the foods.

This place was great we took are two year old and the water park was great for him. The indoor and outdoor pool are both heated. It is in a great location to get anywhere in town.
