Loved the hotel but not the call I got at 1:20 in the morning wanting to know if we were still checking in. Hello I’m here trying to sleep!! Other than that it was so convenient.

People smoking marijuana in room next door and the odor of it was in our room when we came back from dinner with our kids. Advised front desk and they did nothing about it. It is supposed to be a non smoking hotel. I do smoke cigarettes myself, but I went outside to the designated smoking area.

It was close to the island...you could walk over and enjoy the water and lights and could even go to paula deans ...and could walk to the comedy barn show and pirates show....great clean and nice place....will stay again as long as i can afford it....

We received excellent customer service upon our arrival and check-in. The property guest services attendant, Joan, was one of the sweetest people we encountered on the property. She remembered mine and my daughter’s names, she would speak to us every time we entered the property. She treated you as if you were a part of her family. The only downside of our experience was seeing staff members parking their personal vehicles in the front spaces of the hotel that should have been for the guest. Instead the guest had to park behind the hotel in a gated lot. That is where employee parking is located. Once all the parking around the facility is full then guest should be directed to the overflow lot.

We’ve stayed here numerous times , this was the worst . Our bathroom had trash under sink from previous guest . We were kept awake till midnight due to loud music coming across the street . I call 2 times to the front desk they were not interested in what I had to say and acted like it was no big deal . The front desk was rude . We will probably find another vacation spot .

Loved everything about this hotel. Clean, welcoming, knowledgeable staff, outstanding breakfast, on a busy street but did not hear this in our room (on road side even). The visit of parrots & other tropical birds after breakfast was such an added bonus. Can't wait to go back!

The only negative was the bedding. The bedding was very loud when you moved which kept waking my baby and us up if you would move. It was really bad quality bedding also in my opinion. Other than that I have 0 complaints and the location was awesome.

Checking in did not go well first they put me in a queen instead of a king then when they changed the room they sent me to a room that was already occupied which is very dangerous after waiting in lobby for over a hr we finally got put into a room they blame it on us booking through a 3rd party I’ve used hotels .com many times and this has never happened except for this location
