First off, I arrived very early, asked the front desk if it was ok if I left my car there as I was going to Dollywood with my daughter and her family, he graciously agreed. (1st good impression) when I came back to check in, the young man behind the counter was friendly, courteous, fast, and efficient (2nd great impression) got into my room, it was quite spacious, clean, nicely decorated. Now, from other reviews I read before checking in, I will agree with, the layout of the room is somewhat weird, took me a few minutes figuring out where the right light switches where at for which lights, the bathroom/shower vs the sink and mirror (?) but nothing that couldn’t be dealt with, I had plenty of hot water in the shower, the breakfast they served in the morning was very good, lots of options. My only 2 complaints, which are personal peeves of mine;
1.)the towels are somewhat small and thin, (very clean and smelled clean) but not too absorbent.
2.) My room was an adjoining room, but the lock was in the other room, it was empty while I was there, but they should have locks on both sides of the door.
All in all, I had no problems staying there, everything went well, priced reasonably well. I would stay there again all things considered
