We loved our stay! The rooms were clean and housekeeping came by every day to leave fresh towels and take out the trash. Breakfast was delicious! Scrambled eggs, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, potatoes, and pancakes were delicious! An added bonus were the ducks and geese that were on the river stream behind the hotel.

Liked the view and individual balcony and the king beds in the deluxe room. It was very clean. Friendly efficient staff greeted us. It was a little challenging to get to our unit, staff gave clear directions. Liked the small refrigerator as it had freezer. The room was a little dark as it had no overhead lighting. Great breakfast-just need to drive to it when staying in deluxe king rooms. Weather was not conducive for the pool or intertubing.

Perfect and comfortable hotel for our weekend trip to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. Walking distance to dining and attractions. Not fancy but clean, safe and quiet at night. Good parking conveniently located under the hotel. The hotel backs up to a river, you can feed the ducks. My family will be booking the waterpark hotel our next trip, which is owned by the parent company of Creekstone Inn.

The parking lot was full. We were lucky to get a spot, possibly the campside was also using the hotel spots. Often our room smelt musty as the AC worked very well. My only suggestion woukd be to vacuum carpets and change the bedspread more often to acoid that. Not a major complaint though it did not make us sick or deter us from staying again.
