Booked a room that was across the river from where we normally stay carried luggage and kids to the 4th floor at 28 degrees for a card that wouldn’t open the door slipped on ice on the way back down Went back across the street and was greatly given a different room in the building we normally stay in and was very thankful for that Several of the doors were in bad condition in the room but it was clean we stay here often never had a bad experience some of this i will tak the blame for since I booked online but the door not working and condition of the doors in the replacement room should be addressed

Love the creek view and space. Don’t care for the extra charge to check-in earlier. If room is available earlier, what’s the charge for? Never paid extra for any other lodging in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge.

Amazing hotel only problems I had was a stinkbug in a towel and wasps on the balcony, other than that the room and bed are great and you sleep GOOD on that mattress. 9.9/10

My stay at Creekstone was great! The room was clean, quaint, and just enough. I loved being able to open the door to the balcony and see the ducks on the river. The only downfall was breakfast. Definitely lacking in the taste department. Will stay here again!

It was CLEAN! Bathroom seems smaller but we made it work because it was clean. The view was beautiful. The gentleman that checked us in was very helpful and friendly. It was a peaceful and relaxing experience.

This place is a great place to stay with a family while visiting the Smoky Mountains. I have stayed here multiple times and would stay here again. The staff is one of the most friendly and made check-in super easy and convenient. The breakfast area is clean and well maintained. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment close by.

Has the best water pressure. No roaches. Easy to walk to shops Can catch a trolley also. Breakfast was ok. Eggs and grits are awful. Eggs are the powder eggs and grits taste under cooked. But you could eat pancakes, cereal and yogurt.
