The stay was fine, nothing major to report. It's probably not somewhere I would stay again for the price, but clean and comfortable. The smell of weed was prevalent if we tried to enjoy the creekside balcony and we were unfortunate to go during a car convention so there was racing, noise and lots of sirens the night we were there. Love Pigeon Forge, but not my favorite place to stay.

Very nice stay here! Check in and check out was simple. Room was nice and clean. Hotel is definitely older, but has cosmetic upgrades. The balcony was very nice with the river view! Would recommend.

There was no problem with the room art the facility that we stayed at. But it is situated on a dead end road and there is an old convention center across the street. It looks like it could fall down at any time.

For the price this is an ok stay

Hotel is in a good location in relation to the main drag. Older property that could stand an updating. Staff was nice though checkout is earlier than most places by an hour or two. Breakfast is standard, powdered eggs, tube sausage. Not as many offerings as many hotels but more than some in this price range. For the area, this is likely a good deal.

Beds were never made. Clean towels daily but towels were quite rough. Coffee pot never cleaned . Toilet paper very rough and crackly. Breakfast is the same daily, no variation. Ok for 1-2 days but if you stay Over that then it gets old. Lots of souvenir shops for cheap around the area that’s walkable. Ducks and geese on creek were fun to watch. Lots of places to eat and very close to Dollywood and the Island which are really fun to go to. Z

Pros-it's very clean, breakfast was good, view of the creek Cons-if you get assigned to the building across the creek you only can drive to your building which get kind of tedious especially when you want to go to breakfast at the office building which does not have a lot of parking. This building also shows its age and parking kind of tight. One of the TV did not even had HDMI inputs only AV and crazy after market remote that was unusable. Provided cable options were poor. Staff was very expedient but hardly overly welcoming. If this was $100+ a night hotel it would be totally acceptable but for over $200 a night we paid we expected a little more.

This room was absolutely disgusting! Super inconvenient because we had to go to a whole other building where the pool and breakfast were. I told the hotel staff about the wad of hair and they didn’t care.
