Great view. Hated that the 5th floor bar was open to the public. Half of the front desk staff were unfriendly. They other half were courteous and helpful. Waitress at breakfast went out of her way to interact with my 5 year old and was the highlight of our visit.

Comfort Inn Painesville - Concord
Hold fee for room is ridiculous… Rooms are small and staff are rude. Told us pool open till 11. We went to the pool at 945 and the front desk person rudely told us the pool was closed and asked why she just said I said it was closed. I will be going back to the Holiday Inn express..

The room and all of the common areas were very clean. All of the staff we had contact with were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was hot, and the attendant even made fresh eggs for us, even though the service ended in 20 minutes. We would stay here again for sure.

Had to leave before 7 so didn’t get to try breakfast. The ice machine on the 3 rd floor was out of order which was an inconvenience. overall it was ok. for the price I had to pay for one night I expected more. It appeared the rates were really inflated for the night I stayed.
