Rock Creek Vacation Packages

It's the same as everywhere: Prices raised for a sporting event, the proverbial "shakedown". And for the price, it was just "ok", nothing spectacular. The associate at the desk at check-in was professional and helped on a few issues.

Clean and brand new pet friendly apartment in a safe neighborhood. Also has a nice pool.

The Kimpton is a boutique like hotel centrally located to plenty of Cleveland offers. The room was clean but a bit unusual to find no dresser drawers, bathroom counter space, or coffeemaker. While able to request a coffeemaker, the lack of storage in the bedroom and bathroom was odd. However this did not detract from my stay and I would stay here again.

This hotel was really grimy, dirty and so worn down. I had to change rooms upon arrival as my first room was unacceptably filthy. For the amount of money I paid I was expecting a clean room and friendlier dining staff. At the least. Would not recommend to anyone. (Also, most people staying here are seeking medical treatment. So having a dirty and rather unfriendly hotel to come back to was unpleasant.)

We had a great stay at the Westin while we were in Cleveland for a Rush concert at Rocket Arena. Great location within walking distance to the Arena and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. We had a nice, reasonably priced breakfast at the hotel.

Property was a little worn. They did post that an entire refresh/update is being done in November. I would try again after that is completed.
