The desk staff at check could have been more welcoming. Didn't explain not one thing of the hotel. It was our first time in Europe, I had to come back down to learn how to turn on light in room. They gave me the pool towel cards. But never told me where to return pool towels. Upon check out they asked me for the towels that I had already turned in to the floor house keeper. They explained the restaurant hours or breakfast. The room TV didn't have the ability to change language to English.

Great hotel! Central location, had free beach towels and baskets. Fantastic!

We stayed at the lovely villa, up the road from the main property, so check in was only a little more complicated because someone had to meet us and escort us there. No problem, it was a great stay!! Isabelle communicated well and made the check in process easy. Our view from the terrace of the villa was amazing, and we really enjoyed the hot tub on the deck. It was also great to have a washer to catch up with laundry on our 3 week driving trip (no dryer but a drying rack, and everything was dry by the next morning). Since the villa is quite a walk up the hill we were advised to drive down to the main property and park there to walk into town, which worked out very well—the main property is very close to the harbor, and no long climb back up after! The harbor is lovely with many good restaurants. Cassis is beautiful and we are so glad we were able to make this one of our stops. Of course, we only wish we could have stayed longer!!
