Modern clean property. Good central location

This is a great central location. The staff were great from the desk staff to the cleaning staff, all were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good too. Air con worked well. The windows could be opened and when closed insulated you from outside city noise well. Not all at disappointed with our hotel choice in Bilbao.

Fantastic hotel in a great location for all sights and amenities. Staff were super friendly. Rooms were very clean, a great size and beds were very comfortable too. Will definitely use again if we return to Bilbao.

Excellent staff

location and views were good. check in experience was off- no one met us outside to help with luggage into hotel. while breakfast was generally decent, the rest of the menu from snack bar and room service menu was very limited and not varied. quality of food and flavors were disappointing. wait staff however were friendly & helpful. spa facilities wasn’t that great. pool jacuzzi was not hot and the sauna never reached proper temperature. and for a hotel showcasing view of the sea, very dissatisfied that it did not have an outdoor pool. lastly, we did not have hot water in the shower on our last morning before check out. all rather a disappointing experience other than nice views and rooms. i wouldn’t recommend
