Stayed for 4 nights in July Hotel has great private beach but don't expect any service or help at the beach only service is you can grab a towel from front desk Room was spacious but not very clean there was coffee stains on counter Pool is not very well maintained, lots of ants and no service Telephone doesn't work so anytime u need anything you have to walk all the way to front desk and wait Hotel staff does bare minimum We had a reservation for 2 adults and a baby <1yr old clearly stated when we booked, at checkout they wanted to charge extra with baby! They removed the charges after some back and forth Restaurant was not bad but they don't do any room service Stay was okay - if hotel does minor improvements it can easily be a 5!

The staff were the best we’ve ever encountered. Made us feel like we were staying at their home. The pools and the beach are fantastic. Never crowded. The beach and beach pool are one of the coolest beaches in Bermuda. Food was fantastic.

Stayed 3 nights with my husband for a quick getaway and I must say this was one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed. And I’m not talking about the best quality of linens, the most beautiful rooms, the superior service…..it was friendly and warm, it was cozy yet very large, it has enormous charm and history with tasty food, clean beaches and colorful decor. This place is something you would be honored to call second home

The staff, facilities and food were fantastic. Special shoutout to Juan and Alicia. Very kind, friendly and helpful. The beach is a bit short (50 yards) so getting in your steps was a little challenging. Then again, you are on vacation. Would have liked to see nightly entertainment. Nothing crazy, just a guitar or piano player would have made the resort top notch for us.

I have never had such a disappointing travel experience where I had to spend over $5000 for 5 days. I understand that Bermuda is an expensive place to stay but to be treated by the staff as though I was a burden was simply unacceptable. The room was clean and the view was nice but there was water damage, paint peeling, lack of pillows and bedding and no room cleaning throughout. To access the property you have to climb a very steep hill and just outside of the entrance there are garbage trucks that smell horrible. The general manager said some very odd and off putting things when we were checking in. The one helpful person was Curtis the driver, but he's only one person who could only do so much. When I asked for assistance to get somewhere I was given none. I would not recommend this property.
